Dafe Oweh, outside Linebacker from Penn State University, was selected in the first round of the 2021 NFL draft, by the Baltimore Ravens. Distinguishing himself both on and off the field, Dafe is businessman and humanitarian, prioritizing the acceleration of opportunity for our underserved communities. Born in New Jersey into a Nigerian-American family, Dafe graduated from Bishop Academy before going on to study Digital Marketing at Penn State University. A high-achiever and avid learner, Dafe is committed to using his visibility, knowledge and status as a role model to motivate, inspire and empower African youth globally. Prioritizing education and entrepreneurship, Dafe is dedicated to helping Africans in the USA and on the continent of Africa to realize their dreams by helping them access to the knowledge, tools and resources necessary so that they can actualize opportunity.

 

Dafe is a member of the advisory board for Legacy of Lions.

Henry Oweh, born in Lagos-Nigeria, obtained a bachelor's degree in Fine and Applied Arts from Delta State University.

Oweh, is the CO-Founder and President of Divine Health Medical Supplies Inc-A Durable Medical Equipment Company that specializes in providing medical supplies, including hardware, for the medical and rehab community across the East coast. 

​

In his role as the Managing- owner, Henry empowers and challenges his employees to improve and transform the business to achieve operational excellence and his action-oriented leadership style has enjoyed deliverable and measurable results in the businesses by expansion within NJ & NY.

​

Oweh is actively involved in community affairs and led the Company’s community affairs and philanthropic initiatives such as providing substance addiction awareness and medical mobile unit drives. He is also the founder of Spikenard Inc a global Non-Profit entity with a presence in the USA & Africa. Spikenard Inc focuses on creating social change by the development & rehabilitation of underserved communities through the acquisition & renovation of old/abandoned buildings and facilities for educational & medical purposes which results in the ultimate community empowerment.

Henry is responsible for the major corporate and strategic decisions as well as management of the operations of Spikenard Inc & Jamlaw Realty.

TANIA OWEH

TREASURER & CO-FOUNDER

Tania Oweh was born in London England, to Nigerian Parents and holds a Juris Doctorate in Law from the University of North London, specializing in Corporate and Immigration Law.

​

Tania, is the CO-Founder and Vice-President of Divine Health Medical Supplies Inc-and helps to oversee the daily operations, including all legal and compliance requirements of DHMSinc. Tania also serves as an Executive VP for Spikenard Inc. Her role includes providing leadership development, advocating increasing access, equity and inclusive education initiatives, as well as being an agent for transformative social change through educational & community empowerment.

Tania further serves on the Board of the Kachikwu Family Comprehensive Cancer Center (KFCCC)- A Cancer and ancillary medical center project-under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) initiative between the Government of Delta State and the private sector. KFCCC is aimed at providing quality sustainable and culturally diverse care, employment and quality access to healthcare service treatments for the Delta State community in Nigeria & Africa at large.

Larisa Miller is CEO of Phoenix Global LLC, a global investment, development, and consulting firm specializing in agriculture/agritech; international municipal and governmental consulting; technology, transportation sustainability and innovation strategies.

 

Larisa also serves as president and CEO of Keystone Farm Future, Inc., a beef supply chain and livestock management company, focused on transforming agriculture and beef production, integrating supply chain security, sustainability and ag innovation to disrupt and reimagine the beef industry, giving consumers a high-quality, locally grown beef products, while keeping family farms in operation for generations to come.

 

Larisa spent many years in the Middle East as head of business development and investment for members of the Royal Family in Abu Dhabi, UAE. She also served as head of their large non-profit foundation, which provided educational resources to women and youth in refugee camps. Through this non-profit foundation, Larisa spent considerable time in refugee camps in Iraq, Jordan, Yemen and across rural Africa. Larisa has been named one of the World’s Top 100 People in Finance by Top 100 Magazine; one of the 10 Most Influential Business Leaders of 2020 by Exeleon Magazine; 100 Global Women of Excellence by Sovereign Magazine, Top 10 Most Influential Friends of Africa by For Business in Africa Magazine, and the recipient of the 2022 Powerhouse Global Lifetime Achievement Award.

 

Larisa is an award-winning speaker, addressing audiences around the world on subjects such as entrepreneurship and the start-up mindset, business development, multi-sector investment, the importance of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), leadership, as well as motivating and empowering youth and women globally.
 

Larisa also serves as Executive VP of STP Capital Partners; Board of Directors, The Bridge (USA); Board of Advisor, Legacy of Lions (USA); Board of Advisors, Ansari Group Ltd. (Dubai); Board of Directors, Geneva Global Initiative (Geneva, Switzerland); Board of Trustees, People to People International (USA); Board of Directors, Union of Business Ladies (Tbilisi, Georgia); and Board of Advisors, Association of Businesswomen in Commerce and Industry (ABWCI).

GARRY GILLIAM

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Garry is the founder and CEO of The Bridge. He hails from Harrisburg, PA., having attended the Milton Hershey School and Penn State University. Garry prides himself in his hunger for knowledge and love for giving back to his community. Having graduated from Penn State with multiple degrees (Business Development, Advertising and Psychology) he has always shared a love for bettering our society as a whole.
 

Garry played five seasons spent playing in the National Football League (Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers) allowing him to build strong connections which transcend football.
 

As a vanguard of business, social impact and philanthropy, Garry is driving purposeful impact investment through mixed-use developments in our urban centers, empowering and accelerating underserved communities through is ‘Work, Eat Live, Learn and Play’ development model.
 

Garry is an international speaker, addressing audiences around the world on business development, real estate development, urban planning and growth, as well as the importance of sustainability, youth empowerment and leadership.
 

Garry is chairman of Empower the Bridge Foundation; chairman of Legacy of Lions; and serves as the Vice President for Urban Planning and Development for Phoenix Global, LLC.
